It is a Builder Media integration service that connects a merchant's Shoprenter store with Temu. It helps manage selected products, stock, pricing-related synchronization and Temu orders from one interface.

The service is intended for merchants operating a Shoprenter store and a compatible Temu seller account. During the initial release and testing period, access may be limited to approved seller accounts.

After registration, open the Shoprenter connection section and follow the guided steps. The application imports the relevant product, category, brand and order-status data needed for the integration.

Open the Temu connection section and start the authorization process. You will be redirected to Temu to approve the requested permissions, then Temu returns you to the Connector to complete the connection.

The merchant controls product selection. Products can be selected for Temu by the entire catalog, category, brand or individual product, with individual exclusions where applicable.

The Connector monitors stock changes in Shoprenter and can synchronize the calculated available quantity to Temu. A configurable stock buffer can be used to reduce overselling risk.

The system calculates the Temu price from the Shoprenter product price and the merchant's configured pricing rules. Rules can include percentage or fixed adjustments and additional fixed costs.

Temu order data is imported into the Connector and matched to the merchant's Shoprenter data. According to the configured workflow, the order can then be transferred to Shoprenter for fulfilment and tracked in the integration.

Yes. The service provides a 15-day trial period. The production subscription is billed separately in HUF according to the selected plan.

Buyer personal data retained by the integration is encrypted at application level. Access is authenticated and tenant-separated, relevant access is audit logged, and retained personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized within the configured maximum retention period.

Personal data retained by the Connector is kept only as long as necessary for the integration workflow and is deleted or irreversibly anonymized no later than 30 days after the related processing is completed, unless retention is legally required.

The merchant can disconnect the connected service from the Connections section. If assistance is required, Builder Media support can help with the disconnection and related data-handling request.
